Khao Lak Day Trips to Similan Islands For our Similan day trips from Khao Lak we use the „White Dolphin“,
a speedboot equiped with 3 engines to taxi you to the dive boat at the Similan Islands.
After a 70 minutes ride, our guests reach „MV Somboon 3“, our day trip / dive safari
boat at the Similan Islands. She is designed for comfort and cruises the 25 + dive
sites at the Similan Islands and Koh Bon.
With 30 x 6,5 meters she has a lot of space to offer. All the amenities you usually
can find only on a dive safari you will find here:

Koh Bon and even without
mantas, this is a fantastic dive site!
These day trips are similar to our day trips to Similan Islands, organized as a
combination of speed and comfort with our Somboon 3 .
Speedboat taxi time from Khao Lak to Koh Bon is only 50 minutes.

Khao Lak Day Trips to Richelieu Rock We offer day trips to Richelieu Rock with 2 dives as a pure speed boat trip.
There is a maximum of 16 divers on board.
Cruising time from Khao Lak to Richelieu Rock takes about 70 minutes.

This day trip boat wich uses 3 x 225 hp Honda 4 stroke engines (silent running,
no smelly fumes) is the biggest and with a top speed of 40 knots the fastest
speedboat in Khao Lak.
Features are GPS, radio, toilet, outdour showers, emergency oxygen, first aid kit
and state-of-the-art tank racks.

Local Day Trips in Khao Lak
This is an easy going half day trip starting from the beach in Khao Lak
and reach the dive site in about 30 minutes by longtailboat.
Maximum 5 divers onboard.
A „must see“ for all the ambitious divers who spend their holidays in
Khao Lak and a good preperation before you go on the big tours, the
dive safaris to Similan Islands and Richelieu Rock.
The huge amount of fish you will see makes this dive site
so fantastic.
Daily departures possible with a minimum of 3 divers.
We start 10 am from the beach in Khao Lak and return after 2 dives around 3 pm.
